Each class combines Reformer exercises with a focus on strength, balance, stability, posture and mobility.
You'll work through a variety of controlled movements, including resistance and weight-bearing exercises designed to challenge the muscles while supporting healthy movement patterns.
Your instructor will guide you through each exercise, providing modifications and adjustments where needed. The focus is always on quality of movement, control and working at a level that feels appropriate for your body.
