THE DYNAMIC
JUMP BOARD
-
Jump Board Pilates is a dynamic Reformer workout that adds low-impact jumping movements to your Pilates practice.
Using the Jump Board attached to the Reformer, you'll work through a combination of jumping, strengthening and Pilates-based exercises to challenge your legs, core and cardiovascular fitness.
The springs of the Reformer provide resistance and support, allowing you to move with power while keeping the workout low-impact on your joints.
